Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a free 1-Year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use, but we are not responsible for any damage to the watch.

Warranty covers:

Faults in the movement function or assembly
Manufacturing defects in watch hands, dials, or cases (not caused by misuse)

Warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap damage, etc.)
Water damage or moisture ingress
Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or unauthorised modifications
Issues caused by third-party parts or servicing

If a fault covered by the warranty occurs, we’ll repair or replace the affected part where possible, or provide an alternative solution at our discretion.
